- T6 전체 열처리:최대 강도와 치수 안정성을 위해 530°C에서 용체화 처리한 후 175°C에서 물 담금질 및 인공 시효 처리합니다.
- 우수한 가공성:엄격한 공차를 달성할 수 있는 가공에 탁월한 것으로 평가되었으며 금형, 고정 장치 및 툴링 플레이트의 CNC 정밀 가공에 이상적입니다.
- 높은 강도 대 중량 비율:2.70g/cm3에 불과한 알루미늄 밀도로 290MPa 이상의 인장 강도를 제공하여 가볍지만 견고한 구조 설계가 가능합니다.
- 좋은 내식성:마그네슘-실리콘 합금 시스템은 대부분의 환경에 적절한 보호 기능을 제공합니다. 아노다이징 처리로 표면 내구성이 더욱 강화됩니다.
