우리의7075 T6 항공우주 등급 알루미늄 시트상업적으로 이용 가능한 가장 높은 강도의 알루미늄 합금입니다.인장강도 540 MPa 초과— 무게가 1/3에 불과한 구조용 강철에 근접합니다. 다음과 같이 설계되었습니다.아연-마그네슘-구리 합금 시스템T6 템퍼로 완전히 열처리된 이 3.0mm 시트는항공기 구조 부품, 날개 날개보, 동체 프레임 및 고응력 항공우주 응용 분야실패는 선택 사항이 아닙니다.
- 초고강도:≥540MPa 인장 강도 및 ≥470MPa 항복 강도는 연강(S235)과 비슷하지만 무게는 34%에 불과합니다.
- 아연-마그네슘-구리 합금:5.1-6.1% Zn, 2.1-2.9% Mg 및 1.2-2.0% Cu는 최대 기계적 특성을 위한 석출 경화 기능을 제공합니다.
- 전체 T6 열처리:최고 강도와 경도를 위해 480°C에서 용체화 처리하고 물 담금질한 후 120°C에서 24시간 동안 인위적으로 시효 처리합니다.
- 우수한 피로 특성:항공우주 구조물의 반복 하중에 중요한 탁월한 피로 균열 성장 저항
- 뛰어난 강도 유지:최대 120°C까지 적당히 높은 온도에서 지속적인 사용 시 상당한 강도를 유지합니다.
